Psalm 20 so clearly explains that the object of our faith is of equal importance to the strength of our faith. Many people sincerely believe that they are able to overcome their adverse circumstances apart from God.

In Psalm 20:7, David boldly declares that while some trust in the conventional devices of men for security, he will trust in the name of his God.

True deliverance and security will only come by placing your trust in God. It is not about how much faith you might have, but in whom your faith is resting.
